We have developed a partnership with the University of Cincinnati in which they mentor our Office of Sponsored Programs and Research (OSPR).  This mentoring will include proposal development through close out of funded activities.  The CADRE Project will devote 13 percent of the overall budget to research administration enhancement.

OBJECTIVES:

• Increase by 10% each year the number of proposals submitted to external funding agencies
• 100% of externally funded programs will utilize electronic administration
• 100 % compliance with NIH guidelines for procurement and allowable costs
• Development and maintenance of CADRE project website
• Establish and maintain CADRE Advisory Committee.
